For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published on 7pub.net:

By accessing or using the 7pub platform in any manner — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotion — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 7pub platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory direction.

To register and maintain an account on 7pub, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You are accessing 7pub from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any such person associated with 7pub or its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 7pub or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

7pub reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or at any other time deemed appropriate. You agree to provide any documents or information reasonably requested by 7pub's compliance team within the timeframes specified in any such request.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7pub account credentials, including your username, password, and any One-Time Password (OTP) codes delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7pub's customer support team immediately via live chat at 7pub.net. 7pub will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or have unreasonably delayed reporting a suspected breach.

• You must keep your registered email address, mobile number, and residential address up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay identity verification and withdrawal processing.
• You must not use your 7pub account for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming. Commercial use, resale of gaming services, or use for money transmission purposes is strictly prohibited.
• You must not allow any other person, including family members, to use your account or play on your behalf.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 7pub complies with any local laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

7pub may, at its discretion, impose account-level controls including deposit limits, session limits, or temporary access restrictions where there is reason to believe that responsible gaming measures are warranted, or where account activity raises compliance or security concerns. Such controls will be applied in accordance with 7pub's Responsible Gaming Policy.

All deposits and withdrawals on 7pub are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 7pub supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are displayed in the Cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash or Maya are typically credited to your 7pub wallet within seconds of the transfer being confirmed on the relevant payment network. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or UnionBank may take up to one (1) business hour to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. 7pub does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which 7pub accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed during 7pub support hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM PHT. Withdrawals to GCash wallets are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during these hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or UnionBank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during support hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside support hours will be processed on the following business day.

7pub reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity triggers compliance review thresholds. Such requests are made in good faith and in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined pending further review.

Funds deposited into a 7pub account are held in segregated accounts separate from 7pub's operational funds, in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. In the event of any operational dispute, Player funds are protected and will not be used to satisfy 7pub's business obligations.

7pub offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Loyalty Program rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms published alongside the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game eligibility, time limits, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

The following general conditions apply to all 7pub promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single bet is ₱500 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino table games, sports betting accumulators, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or at zero percent toward wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• 7pub reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not be affected by mid-promotion withdrawals, except where fraud or abuse has been identified.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or exploitation of software errors will be voided in full, and the associated account will be subject to suspension.

All games available on the 7pub platform are operated by certified third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

7pub does not control the outcome of any game. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics supervised by trained dealers operating under the procedures of the respective game provider. 7pub accepts no liability for any losses arising from game outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or display error — 7pub will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Wagers on rounds affected by confirmed technical malfunctions may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's wallet.
• Displayed game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game server. Display errors on the Player's device — including but not limited to rendering issues or delayed animations — do not affect the actual game result recorded on the server.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and may differ between game types, providers, and Player account tiers.
• 7pub reserves the right to void any wager where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, or any other factor that has materially affected the integrity of the game round.

For sports betting, all markets are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport and the rules published in the 7pub sportsbook section. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time at 7pub's discretion. Results are confirmed based on the official result at the time the relevant period of play ends, as determined by the governing sporting body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7pub platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the 7pub platform, including game lobbies, wagering interfaces, or the registration process.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live dealer tables, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, display errors, or pricing errors to generate winnings in a manner that is inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Using the 7pub platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. 7pub is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player policy.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 7pub.
• Accessing 7pub from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law, and attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPN, proxy, or similar technologies.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive conduct toward 7pub staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your 7pub account through your payment provider without first exhausting 7pub's internal dispute resolution process.

All content on the 7pub platform — including the 7pub name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 7pub and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7pub platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 7pub content without express written authorisation.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on 7pub's software or platform architecture.
• Use 7pub's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the 7pub platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of 7pub's intellectual property constitutes an infringement of 7pub's rights and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law. If you believe that content on the 7pub platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.

7pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By registering on 7pub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in 7pub's Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy.

Personal data collected by 7pub includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile number, payment method details, device identifiers, IP addresses, and gameplay transaction history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations including KYC and AMLC reporting, personalise your platform experience, and deliver customer support.

7pub will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of services you have requested.

You have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, subject to 7pub's legal obligations to retain certain records for regulatory compliance purposes. Data retention requests can be submitted through 7pub's customer support team.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7pub's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the 7pub platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 7pub account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7pub shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential:

• Loss of gaming winnings or expected winnings arising from technical malfunction, server downtime, or interruption of service.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from circumstances beyond 7pub's reasonable control.
• Financial losses arising from decisions made based on information displayed on the 7pub platform that contains errors or is not current.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Losses arising from your use of the platform in a manner that is inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 7pub's liability for: death or personal injury caused by 7pub's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

7pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provide requested KYC documentation.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive requiring account restriction.
• Player request for self-exclusion under 7pub's Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 7pub will endeavour to complete its investigation within thirty (30) calendar days. During a suspension, the Player's account balance is preserved and will be returned to the Player's verified payment method if the investigation concludes in the Player's favour and no breach is found.

Where an account is permanently closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, 7pub reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonus credits, Loyalty Points, and pending winnings associated with the account, without prejudice to any other legal remedy available to 7pub.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 7pub's customer support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance in the account will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to all wagering requirements having been met or any bonus balance having been forfeited.

7pub is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing Filipino players with the tools and resources they need to keep gaming an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your 7pub account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which your account will be temporarily restricted from further wagering until the period resets.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 7pub platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-excluded, you may not register a new account, and any new registrations identified as belonging to a self-excluded individual will be closed immediately.

7pub reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms &amp ; Conditions at any time. Changes may be made for the following reasons, including but not limited to: compliance with new or amended Philippine legislation or PAGCOR regulatory requirements; introduction of new platform features or services; correction of typographical or factual errors; clarification of existing provisions; or changes to 7pub's business operations.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — 7pub will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via your registered email address and/or an on-platform notification displayed upon your next login. The updated Terms & Conditions will also be published at 7pub.net/terms-conditions with the revised effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 7pub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any disputed event shall govern the resolution of that dispute, regardless of subsequent amendments.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and 7pub, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat or email so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. Most concerns are resolved at this level within 24 to 48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter through the following process:

• Formal Complaint: Submit a written formal complaint to 7pub's compliance team at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and any supporting documentation. 7pub will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a formal response within 15 business days.
• Regulatory Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following 7pub's formal response, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming operations.
• Legal Proceedings: As a final recourse, unresolved disputes may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines, to which both parties irrevocably submit for the purpose of these Terms & Conditions.
